Mutual Respect Is a Requirement
Lider Projetos believes every professional relationship must be built on mutual respect. There is no hierarchy of value between those who hire and those who execute; there is partnership.
Having the financial capacity to hire a service does not grant the right to treat the provider with arrogance, neglect or disrespect. Our team delivers high-level technology with real dedication, and that deserves the same care in return.
Defined Agenda, Clear Boundaries
Every meeting has a start time and an end time. Every project stage has a defined and approved scope. That is not inflexibility; it is respect for everyone’s time.
We are proud to serve clients in the comfort of their offices or residences. This premium service comes with a clear protocol: advance scheduling, defined goals and a closing time that is respected.
Standard meeting protocol:
- Agenda sent 24 hours in advance
- Predefined maximum duration respected
- Decisions recorded in digital minutes
- Next steps documented before closing
Professionalism Is Not Friendship
A close and warm relationship with clients is something we value. We work with care, presence and genuine attention. But care and presence do not mean unlimited availability.
A service provider should not be mistaken for an internal employee available at any hour. Lider Projetos is not a permanent resource inside the client’s company or residence; we arrive, create value and close within the agreed window.
Purpose Above Profit
We do not accept every contract. We accept projects where we see potential, aligned values and a genuine desire to build something meaningful.
Companies that see technology only as a cost, and not as a strategic investment, are usually not the ideal fit for a long-term partnership with Lider Projetos.
A Clear Refund Policy from the Start
Before any contract, we make our refund policy explicit: if the delivered project does not satisfy the client, we refund the proportional percentage of work not yet executed. To date, across more than 4 years of operation and 30+ clients served, we have never received a formal complaint about delivery quality.
The only 2 early terminations came from Lider Projetos itself, not from clients. In both cases, the contracts were progressively redirected during execution in ways that no longer matched our values. When that happens, we act with transparency and responsibility:
- ✓The client received a full refund for the unexecuted proportional work
- ✓All requirements, documentation and artifacts were delivered
- ✓The client’s team was trained to continue autonomously
- ✓The transition was handled with maturity and leadership
Our commitment around refunds:
If something falls outside the agreed scope or promised quality, we talk openly and fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we return the proportional value without bureaucracy. That is not just a contractual clause; it is posture.
We are proud of those decisions. They reflect who we are as a company and as people.
Training and Client Autonomy
At the end of every project, the client receives training to operate what was built. We deliver complete requirements and architecture documentation. The goal is not dependency; it is capability. That is what real leadership looks like.
