Non-negotiable principles of the operation
- Ethics, respect, discipline and delivery quality are not negotiable in any campaign or partnership.
- The project must preserve the visual and moral integrity of the Lider Projetos brand.
- No one is presented as confirmed until invitation, availability and scope are formally aligned.
- Immediate compensation in phase 1 comes from the fixed launch cachet already allocated in the R$ 1,500 budget.
- Future paid opportunities can include new drops, recurring photoshoots, partner activations and additional licensed campaign assets.
- Any expansion involving an extra female model, additional shooting days or performance bonuses should only start after new cash flow or sponsor backing is approved.
