  • Ethics, respect, discipline and delivery quality are not negotiable in any campaign or partnership.
  • The project must preserve the visual and moral integrity of the Lider Projetos brand.
  • No one is presented as confirmed until invitation, availability and scope are formally aligned.
How each person makes money
  • Immediate compensation in phase 1 comes from the fixed launch cachet already allocated in the R$ 1,500 budget.
  • Future paid opportunities can include new drops, recurring photoshoots, partner activations and additional licensed campaign assets.
  • Any expansion involving an extra female model, additional shooting days or performance bonuses should only start after new cash flow or sponsor backing is approved.
